Biosphera Equilibrium in Airolo - Built for the well-being of mankind
In the parking lot of the Airolo-Pesciüm cable car, from 24th December to 13th January 2019, Minergie and TicinoEnergia will welcome you to Biosphera Equilibrium to live together an experience of well-being and living- and working-comfort.
Biosphera Equilibrium is an itinerant module, certified with the highest Minergie standards.
The Airolo stage is part of an international tour that touches different locations in order to test the efficiency of the module in different weather conditions.
During its stay in Airolo, the module will host the office of the OTR Bellinzona e Alto Ticino. The team of the tourist office will thus have the opportunity to experience working in a sustainable environment.
In parallel to the administrative use, Minergie and TicinoEnergia will organize a series of side events dedicated to all those who want to experience this innovative project firsthand.
Open Window Days
"In addition to the doors, we open the windows as well": an opportunity to visit the module Biosphera Equilibrium and to deepen the topic of ventilation in Minergie buildings.
An event open to all those who wish to deepen the topic or simply visit a building based on the principles of sustainability, discovering new aspects of the rational use of energy, air quality, well-being and comfort.
Visitors to the Biosphera Equilibrium module will be offered a drink.

The Thousand and One Nights Contest
Intrigued by the Biosphera Equilibrium module? Would you like to test it yourself? Take part in the contest and you can win a weekend in Airolo, a day on the snow, a dinner at the Caseificio dimostrativo del Gottardo and an exclusive overnight stay in the Biosphera (unicum in Switzerland). You can also attend
the HCAP-Fribourg meeting on 13th January at Valascia!

Competition Draw Your Minergie Home
From Saturday 22nd December to Sunday 13th January
Design your own Minergie house, whether it's imagined or real it doesn't matter.
Take part in the competition and you can win a day in the ski area of Airolo-Pesciüm. Put your drawing in the letterbox of Biosphera Equilibrium and try your luck.
The TicinoEnergia Association gives all participants a nice game of goose "Ecopercorrendo il nostro territorio" to learn how to respect the environment, playing.
