Gastro Dinner at high altitude!

In this season finale we have the pleasure to announce one more surprise... the Gastro Dinners! Three gastronomic evenings at our restaurant "La Stüa".

In each of the three stages we will propose a themed dinner with renowned chefs from Ticino to which will be paired wines from three wineries of our territory.

Program:

  • 12 March: our Chef Martina Morelli from the restaurant La Stüa in Pesciüm proposes "il Ticino incontra il Piemonte". Match with wines from the Settemaggio Winery in Monte Carasso
  • 26 March: Chef Alessandro Manfré of the Locanda Orelli, Bedretto. Match with the wines from the Pelossi winery in Pazzallo
    9 April: Chef Ambrogio Stefanetti of the Vecchia Osteria, Seseglio. Match with the wines from the Cantina Uvarara in Davesco

Included in the experience: ascent by cable car, dinner and descent.

The program of the evenings is as follows:

19.00 Welcome drink at the bar "La Chièuna".
19.15 Cable car ascent
