MTB Kids – Bike Park (Intermediate Level) - 2025

Do your children love Mountain Biking? Would you like them to improve their skills to confidently and safely tackle trails and bike parks?

Here’s the perfect opportunity: MTB Kids – Bike Park (Intermediate Level)! In collaboration with the enduro experts from RideAlps.ch GmbH (Guided Tours & MTB Technics), we offer a mountain biking course for children and teens designed to progressively and enjoyably develop riding skills.

The course is held on two independent dates, and participants can choose to attend one or both sessions.

Each afternoon will focus on practical exercises, basic techniques, and dynamic games to build greater confidence and bike control.

When? 

Wednesday, July 23 and 30, 2025, from 12:45 PM to 5:15 PM
→ You can register for one date or both.

Meeting point: at the base station of the Airolo cable cars (bar la Chièuna)

Program: MTB Kids – Bike Park (Intermediate Level)

• Bike setup
• Correct basic riding position
• Riding techniques – Enduro basics
  1. Cornering with proper body positioning
  2. Relaunching with gear shifts
  3. Using gravity effectively (pumping exercises: dynamic push with arms and legs

Price per participant (per day): CHF 79

• Instruction by G+S instructors / MTB enduro experts
• Full day of MTB activities

• 10% off the course price for holders of the Ticinopass (summer pass with MTB)

 10% off the course price for Bike Pass Airolo holders

Additional information

 Required level: intermediate – participants must be able to ride trails and bike parks independently

Age: 8 to 15 years

Equipment: MTB, helmet, gloves, and optionally knee and back protection
→ Protection gear can be rented at the shop near the cable car base station

Participants: minimum 5* / maximum 13

* Note: If the minimum number of 5 participants is not reached, the course will be canceled. Confirmation will be sent to registrants 2 days before the course start date.
