MTB Kids Course – Bike Park (Intermediate level) 2026 /3

Meeting point: At the cable car bottom station, in front of Bar La Chièuna

Programme

• Bike set-up
• Correct basic body position
• Riding technique, enduro basics

1. Cornering in formation, with correct centre of gravity
2. Re-accelerating using gears
3. Harnessing gravity (pumping exercises: dynamic pushing with arms and legs)

Useful Information

• Required level: Intermediate. Participants must be self-sufficient when riding downhill on trails and in the bike park.
• Equipment: Each participant requires an MTB, helmet, gloves and optional knee pads/back protector
  --> Protective gear can be rented at the shop at the cable car bottom station.
• Number of participants: Minimum 5* / Maximum 13
  *N.B: If the minimum of 5 participants is not reached, the course will not take place. Confirmation will be sent to registered participants 2 days before the start of the course.
