Summer kicks off on June 25!

Valbianca SA announces that the new summer season, full of events and proposals for everyone, will begin on Saturday, June 25.

Valbianca SA is happy to announce that on Saturday, June 25, the Airolo-Pesciüm lifts will reopen to the public for an exciting new season. Until Oct. 9, from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. (*5 p.m. in September and October), it will be possible to go up and enjoy the summer on our mountains.

To celebrate together with all enthusiasts the beginning of summer, on Saturday, June 25, Airolo Cable Cars will offer 30 percent discount on round-trip ticket and MTB day pass.

As usual, there will be many proposals for all mountain lovers: hikers will be able to choose one of the wonderful trails, immerse themselves in the wilderness and discover an incredibly fascinating region located directly in front of the magnificent Gotthard massif, or take the cable car up to the slopes of the Sasso della Boggia where they can be enchanted by the new panoramic swing and swing while admiring the beautiful view.

Two-wheelers, on the other hand, will enjoy the Airolo Bike Park, which, with its breathtaking trails, bumps and highly entertaining parabolics, is a true paradise for mountain bikers. The only Bike Park in Ticino offers trails suitable for both adrenaline junkies and those new to descents among obstacles and roots, allowing everyone to find what they are looking for.

In the past few months Valbianca has focused on consolidating the current offer, making major improvements to the trails and trying to meet the desires of different two-wheel enthusiasts.

MTB enthusiasts will once again be able to take advantage of the evening opening of the lifts thanks to Bike After Work, which for the first time will be moved to Friday evenings: every Friday in July and August, the lifts will be open longer to allow all MTB enthusiasts to have fun at a special price and get the weekend off to the best possible start. Finally, the summer opening of the shop at the cable car departure is confirmed, which will thus also allow MTB and e-MTB rentals suitable for visiting the Bike Park.

Dedicated events complete the MTB offer, in particular the guided e-bike tour (July 10), MTB courses for children(July 13 and 20 / August 3 and 10), the Gastro-Bike - culinary MTB walk (August 14) and the final stage of the Swiss Enduro Series (August 28).
