ON AUGUST 3 AND 4, THE SWISS ENDURO SERIES RETURNS TO AIROLO: A MOUNTAIN BIKE SHOW NOT TO BE MISSED

The show of mountain biking is set to captivate fans and spectators alike: Airolo is ready to host the highly anticipated Swiss Enduro Series, Switzerland's most prestigious enduro MTB circuit.

After last year's great success and in recognition of the efforts made to enrich the offer dedicated to mountain biking in the region, Airolo will welcome elite athletes and enduro enthusiasts on August 3 and 4 on the beautiful trails of its Bike Park. In this picturesque setting, this year's edition of the Swiss Enduro Series promises two days of intense competition, top-notch entertainment and lots of fun!

The Swiss Enduro Series is renowned for its challenging courses that showcase the best of skills in enduro mountain biking. An impressive 390 athletes, divided into various categories, will gather in Airolo to tackle four special stages, testing skill, technique and endurance.

It is therefore an unmissable event for mountain bikers and spectators alike. Indeed, the public will be able to admire up close the show put on by the enduro champions but not only! The event is an opportunity for a two-day celebration of mountain biking at the village, and the weekend program will be full of activities.

Saturday, August 3, will be dedicated to the official training sessions, which will run from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., allowing athletes to discover the different tracks. At the end of practice, there will be a presentation of the elite athletes, a perfect time to get to know the stars of this discipline better. On Sunday, August 4, there will be the race (8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.), and starting at 3 p.m., the sports context will mix with music. Finally, at 6:00 pm, there will be the awards ceremony.

Valbianca SA would also like to inform that in order to ensure the smooth running of the race, during the weekend the bike park will be closed to the public and the cable cars will give priority to the ascent of the athletes. However, the ascent will also be guaranteed for the public interested in following the races.
